Dear Guest, Yes it is Possible to get a Twin bed. Parking is only free of Charge on the Weekends on the Streets. Otherwise the Best Option is to Park at Klieberpark. The Ticket costs 20 Euro for 24 Hours which can be bought directly at the Reception.

Good stay if not on Summer because no aircondition.

Affordable spacious room. Shower has cold and hot. Towels, soap, and shampoo are provided but no additional toiletries.

Its very hot during the day in summer since there is no airconditioning. They only give fans which is not enough. If you open the windows then it becomes noisy.

It was good for the money and location. Generally speaking, it was OK.

No clima, the room was 27-29 degrees. Taking that hotel during the winter would be perfect but during the summer it is just one big sauna room.

Very good location, good value

The room was really spacious, it had AC and a fan so was nice and cool which was needed. It had a big bathroom and staff were helpful. It’s right beside a train station which is very convenient.

The pillows were awful!

Less than average hotel

Nothing uniquely good or bad about this hotel. It's just a basic hotel with decent level of cleanliness. Room temperature is always at a comfortable level tho we didn't change the thermostat (centralised heating I think) I already checked the district that this hotel is located at prior to booking, so I know its not the most strategic location. No attractions or good food within walking distance (For most strategic location look for properties at District 1-4). There's a weed store opposite it tho, so maybe that's a plus for some haha

There's a construction when we stayed here in Oct 2023 at the road of front of our room, so if you're a light sleeper maybe check if the construction is still ongoing. When I check in, the female receptionist just announced our room number loudly for other people who are behind us to hear. They need to be trained better... The staff doesn't answer phone calls from the hotel room. And reception is only open until 10pm or so. If you're out early morning and comes back late after 10pm, you basically can't ask reception for anything. Pillow is super flat and did nothing for me. Had to put layers of my own clothes below it because I wasn't able to reach the receptionists through phone call... ????

Overall, we received excellent service and convenient. The staff willing to assist and give good advise at all times.

Affordable stay away from the city center

The room size.

Staff could have been more knowledgeable about public transport, especially because there is some major construction work going on that limits the options. Also, they should have been more forthcoming about the luggage storage and informing about the Internet during check in. There should have been an information booklet in the room to get more understanding about the hotel and services in the vicinity. The mattress was not firm and should probably be replaced. There was not air-conditioning, but there was a fan.

I would recommend it, we had a great time here :)

The staff was very nice especially the guy from the reception. The room was big and comfortable. Even without an air condition the temperature was always appropriate. There is also an elevator in the hotel and we were able to put our luggage down before our check in which was also great. We liked the breakfast but the selection could have been a little bigger. :)

The area is not the best, but the public transport is excellent.

Very very spacious and the receptionist was so sweet and helpful. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage as we were early for check in, which was really helpful.

The transport stop nearby is not in use for trams/buses as it is under construction, which means you have to use the metro/u bahn (underground so you miss scenery). The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, no indication when it will be fixed.

not a great place and overpriced but wonderful staff

The staff were honestly exceptional. Even with a lot of issues they were very great in handling this. They do day storage of your luggage, but need to communicate that better and what they do with your luggage between the staff. Comes with hair dryer, decent size rooms. Comfortable enough beds, good towels.

Some rooms are much older than others, I got moved from a much more updated room to a much older room due to some accessibility needs. There isn't air conditioning in rooms. The elevator broke twice. It's not that great of a location, both for safety and getting around: there is so much construction happening in the area that you can't get to this place in one of the directions by public transport. You have to definitely plan accordingly. it isn't close to much of anything so most everything is at least a 20min public transit ride and there are no places to eat or anything else nearby. Some rooms have more outlets, actual mirrors, and overhead lights while others don't. The breakfast is 10, but literally is just a few meats, bread, and eggs.
